We are holding two Hiring Events in May, 5/16/19 & 5/21/19, from 9:00 am - 3:pm at our offices on 820 Florida Ave, Hagerstown, MD! If  you are  not available to attend our Hiring Events we will schedule another day for you to come in! People who  are offered a position during these events will be able to start with our next New Hire Class, on June 3, 2019. If you are not able to start at that time, there is another New Hire Classes on June 24, 2019.

Supervisor interviews will be conducted on the spot for everyone who qualifies!  Please complete our initial 3 minute application for this position or just drop in sometime during the event. For those who do apply in advance there may be time to conduct a phone interview before the event to make better use of your time the day of the event. If you are not able to apply in advance please bring a resume with you that includes employment history for the last 10 years (if you have that much history) and dates of employment. Provides administrative/clerical support to a department/project or director.  Duties and tasks are varied but standardized.  Applies basic and some advanced clerical/support or paraprofessional skills in procedures, processes and techniques appropriate for the position within the assigned functional area.

This is a full time hourly (non-exempt) position with a Salary Range Minimum of $11.98 per hour. Typical work schedule is M-F 8:00 am 4:30 pm, for 40 hours per week. However, this position is also required to fill in as direct care staff in the houses, which may occasionally require working outside these stated hours.


A High School Diploma or GED; and a minimum of two years of clerical/administrative experience; and minimum of 1 year experience in an Adult Residential Program required. Some advanced education/professional development classes/certifications in providing administrative support desired.

Position also requires someone who is 18 years old or older, who has a valid driver's license along with three (2) years of driving experience and good driving history. The successful candidate will also need to pass a reading comprehension and math test, background check, pre-employment screenings including drug screen. Position requires lifting, transferring, and the ability to provide direct care and implement proper restraint techniques to ensure person's served health and safety. 2 wks. paid specialized training (Held M-F 8:30 am 5:00 pm).
