Are you a patient, caring professional ready to give back to the community? This position may meet your personal and professional needs. As an RN Case Manager, you will lead a team with an LPN and an MA to manage the overall health and safety of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As the Delegating Nurse, you will oversee the delegation of nursing tasks to a large team of unlicensed caregivers. All care to be provided in compliance with the COMAR regulations, the Nurse Practice Act, and the Developmental Disabilities regulations.

• This is a full-time salaried position. Pay negotiable for the right candidate.
• A family friendly schedule with office hours mainly Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. No regular weekend or holiday work.
• Participation in an on-call rotation (phone triage only) every 6 weeks.

Requirements:

· Must be licensed as an RN able to work in the state of Maryland

· Experience working with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred

· Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.

· The successful candidate will also need to pass a background check, pre-employment screenings, physical/fitness tests, including a drug screen.
